PARTY FAQ's

π What's the timeline of my party?
The party host is invited to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled party start time. Your party will last 1 hour and 30 minutes (unless extra time was added). All guests are expected to depart when your party time ends. Host family is allotted 15-20 minutes to gather belongings and head out.
We often book multiple parties in a day and need to allow our team adequate time to set-up and clean-up your event. Additional fees may be incurred for unauthorized arrival and departure time.
π Can I bring decor or outside entertainment for my party?
Totally! If you choose to bring any decor, please keep in mind: all items must be pre-assembled (ie: banners pre-strung, centerpieces assembled, florals made etc). We do not allow piΓ±atas, balloon air walkers, or confetti.
Outside vendors or entertainment are subject to approval from our event coordinator and require an additional fee.
π I really want to customize my party. What can I do?
We love custom parties at Meri Cherry! Our custom party package starts at $2,400. If you're interested in learning more, please email events@mericherry.com.
π Can I bring in my own food and snacks?
You are welcome to bring any any additional food you'd like! All outside food must follow the guidelines below:
β Nut-free
β Ready to set out and serve (we do not provide bowls, trays, serving utensils or any specialty paper goods or beverages)
π« No hot food (no burners, hot plates or warmers. Best options are sandwiches, crudites, fruit platters, cheese boards etc)
π« Alcohol and hot beverages are strictly prohibited
π« No ice cream cakes or surprise cakes filled with candy or sprinkles
π Can I change my party craft?
As long as your final craft selection is made at least 2 weeks prior to your party date, we are able to make that change for you. Please reach out to events@mericherry.com for any changes.
π How do I pay for my party? What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A $150 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking, and is the only way to guarantee your selected party date/time.
Our Party Pros are fantastic, and work so hard to make your party a success! A flat rate gratuity of $150 is added to all Studio parties. If another Party Pro is needed for your Studio event, an additional fee will be applied.
Full payment is due two weeks prior to your scheduled party date, at which point it becomes nonrefundable.

π What do I need to provide?
Party hosts are expected to provide a large, shaded space with adequate tables and chairs for each guest. Our team will bring the rest!
π I really want to customize my craft. What can I do?
